Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between the parent or carer who creates an account (“you”) and SINDER LIMITED (“we”, “us”). SINDER LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 06129850, with registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR.
1. About FGC Money Minds
FGC Money Minds is an educational service that helps children practise money skills using simulated Coins, wallets, pocket money, shops and rewards. Nothing in the service is a bank account, payment service, investment product or financial advice. Coins and learning balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
2. Parent responsibility and child profiles
An adult parent or carer must create and control the family account. You are responsible for choosing suitable child nicknames, keeping account credentials and PINs secure, supervising children’s use and ensuring information you provide is accurate. Children do not need an email address or full legal name.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
The family membership is £4.99 per month or £29.94 per year. The price and billing period are shown again at Stripe Checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card details.
You can cancel at any time through “Manage membership” in the Parent area. Unless a legal cancellation right or refund applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and access continues until then.
4. Cooling-off, refunds and statutory rights
UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel an online contract within 14 days. To exercise a cancellation right or request a refund, email fgcmoneyminds@gmail.com with the parent-account email. We will provide any refund required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse engineer it unlawfully, use it to harm another person, or submit unlawful or inappropriate profile information. Random League Names may be shared with friends, but users must not use the League to identify, contact or harass children.
6. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, secure, improve or change features. If a material change adversely affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and respect rights provided by law.
7. Educational information
Examples are simplified for learning and may not reflect current rates, products or laws. Parents and children should obtain appropriate professional advice before making real financial decisions.
8. Intellectual property
The service, lessons, branding, artwork and software are owned by or licensed to SINDER LIMITED. We grant your family a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while the account is active.
9. Suspending or ending accounts
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address unpaid charges. You may ask us to close the family account by contacting us. Subscription cancellation alone does not automatically erase account data; data deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Notice.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are responsible only for losses that were reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. The service is for personal and family use, so we are not responsible for business losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
